Refund policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 28 days of purchase provided the items are returned unused and in their original condition.

All of products are delivered via Royal Mail and we can ship to anywhere within the U.K., European Union, USA and Canada. Delivery times and cost will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We do not cover customs or import duty outside of the UK or the EU so please be aware that you may be subject to import duty if you are ordering from other countries.

All products are guaranteed for 12 months for defective manufacture or component / material failure.
