Delivery & Returns
We are doing our best to get all orders placed before 2pm out on the same day, however please be mindful that delivery times may vary on weekends and bank holidays.
We offer 2nd Class postage as standard to anywhere within the UK for free or you can upgrade to 1st Class postage for £1.99.
Please be aware that you may need to sign on delivery.

Outside of the UK we cannot guarantee a time to deliver your order.
We currently offer postage to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland at a rate of £9.50. We send via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed which takes 3 to 5 working days.
We use International Tracked and Signed delivery for £9.50 per item. This option offers tracking and covers loss and theft up to £50. Estimated delivery time is also between 3 to 5 days.
USA and Canada
We charge £11 for International Tracked and Signed delivery to the USA and Canada. This option allows tracking and covers some of the value for theft or loss.
Please note that you may be charged excess customs and import duty when receiving your item as we currently operate from the United Kingdom only.
Rest of the World
We are doing our best to offer competitive shipping rates to the rest of the world and charge £11 for Tracked and Signed delivery. We cannot guarantee a delivery date but estimate that orders could take from 7 to 20 working days. Should you wish to arrange a courier service please contact us directly by phone or email. Please note that the importing country may charge customs or import duty that you may be liable to pay.

We hope you love your Tetherleads products, but if you wish to return or exchange your product for another one, you have 28 days from the date of your purchase to return your package. Please contact us at email@example.com for full return details.
We are unable to cover the cost of return postage unless there is a problem with your product.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds.
Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging and be sure to retain the proof of postage, just in case!
All products are guaranteed for 12 months for defective manufacture or component / material failure.
